Protect Your Bones with Pueraria Mirifica

Did you know that your bones are the strongest around age 30? After that, factors like nutrition, supplementation, exercise, and estrogen levels support bone health throughout your life. Osteoporosis isn’t inevitable! You can protect bones your bones from deterioration and porousness—especially with Pueraria Mirifica.

Estrogen’s Role in Healthy Bones

Naturally occurring estrogen helps keep bones healthy, strong, and flexible when women are in their childbearing years. As estrogen levels decline in later years, women are at risk for developing osteoporosis. Unlike other conditions, osteoporosis is typically symptom….and pain-free……until you break something!

Healthy bones occur through a natural remodeling process. Old, unhealthy bone cells die off (apoptosis) and are (supposed to be) replaced by new, healthier bone cells. In order for bones to be strong, you need both the death of old cells and the recreation of new cells to occur in balance. When this doesn’t happen, the quality of your bones can deteriorate.

Your body generates plenty of new healthy bone cells when you are young, but this can reverse as you get older. Many women take medication for osteoporosis, but this can make things worse. Typical bone medications stop the breakdown of old cells, so while you won’t lose more bone, the bone you have is still likely to be weaker and more brittle.

Pueraria Mirifica & Bone Health

Pueraria Mirifica, used throughout Southeast Asia for more than 700 years, has been known as a “miracle herb” for menopausal symptoms. And its two phytoestrogens—miroestrol and deoxymymiroestrol—can aid in bone production. Both phytoestrogen (plant-based) compounds work naturally on estrogen receptor sites, which can help to trigger apoptosis and bone remodeling.

Remarkably, it has been shown to stimulate healthy bone renewal in both men and women.

Why Bone Health is Important

Many women are concerned about their bone health after menopause because if bone loss occurs, it’s much more likely that a fall will result in a break that will lead to health complications. Whatever your age, you can work to develop stronger bones:

  • Eat nutritiously, with plenty of calcium and collagen.
  • Keep moving, because weight-bearing exercise stimulates bone growth, and
  • Take Pueraria Mirifica to support your body’s ability to be what it was meant to be—in perfect harmony and functioning at its best.
If you’re in your 40’s, now is the perfect time to start
supporting your long-term bone health.

If you’re in your 60’s or beyond, what are you waiting for?
This Truly Changes Everything!

I am genetically sensitive to estrogen and just learned that I have thickened endometrium (second time) from using estriol cream vaginally for severe atrophy. I take DIM to modulate even phytoestrogens in my body. Am I correct in assuming that this product should be viewed the same, and could be detrimental to my body?

Hi, I’m 68 and just called your number and spoke to an agent who said she wasn’t aware the products were for bone health after 60 and then call was disconnected. She said they were only for menopause symptoms. Which product should I purchase to increase bone health?

I’m 72 and have been using this product for a few years now. I was happy to learn that it is not risky for people who have had breast cancer because I’ve been treated for that twice.
I got interested because I am married to a young man and am sexually active. I use the purearia mirifica along with a plant estrogen vaginal suppository. I figure a good sex life is more important than any danger of cancer.
As for weak bones, I have not wanted to do the bone density test because I fear it is used as an excuse to get you on drugs. I fell off my bike two times recently and though I got plenty black and blue nothing broke. So I am hoping that will do in lieu of the test!
Thank you for your excellent product. Glad to hear it helps with bone health too. Going to pump up my bike tires and go more carefully in the future.

I am looking at this and thinking about my 87 year message old mother who is currently in excruciating back pain. She has just been x-rayed and has two fractures in her back. Over the last 7 years or so, ah has had one injury after the other. I don’t think a product like this could help her, could it? I am also interested in it for myself, because I’ve gone through Menopause and feel anxious and sad ( and angry) most of the time. Could this line help? Thanks!
