All Pueraria Mirifica is Not the Same!

Did you know that many women suffer through their menopausal symptoms, simply accepting what they believe is an inevitable decline in their youthfulness, and never seek advice, medically or otherwise?

Often, if they do seek medical advice and have tried everything their doctor has to offer, they are still plagued with hot flashes, sleeplessness, brain fog, dryness, and so forth. Life is miserable for them.

An herbal approach for many women can often be the safest, and most effective, way to deal with what should be a wonderful transition to the next pleasurable phase of her life!

Pueraria mirifica can be a game changer, but not all Pueraria mirifica is created equally!

Deep in the forests of northern Thailand, the legendary plant has long been treasured for its rejuvenating powers. Potency is important, and there are very specific species of the plant grown in Thailand that contain a compound that contains a therapeutic amount of miroestrol and deoxymiroestrol, shown to balance and modulate hormones. Not all Pueraria mirifica grown in Thailand or elsewhere contains these therapeutic properties.

Pueraria mirifica contains phytoestrogens which acts as adaptogens, balancing hormones and giving your body what it needs. Phytoestrogens are completely unlike any mammalian estrogens, and are completely natural and often found in many foods.

Safety is key when taking any supplements. It’s essential to know where and how your supplement is manufactured, too. Unlike many herbal supplements sold elsewhere, Amata Life’s supplements are produced in an FDA registered and inspected, pharmaceutical grade facility right here in the U.S.A. under a patented process, which preserves the efficacy of the herb.

Traditional hormone replacement therapy (HRT) often works well for some women, but can bring with it some risk. Some women take PM while on HRT, and for those interested in a natural, herbal approach, many women find that Pueraria mirifica is all that they need, and that they can reduce or eliminate their dependence on HRT.

When taking the recommended dose daily, most peri-menopausal, menopausal, and post-menopausal women report that, in a few short weeks, this unique Thai herb lessens the severity of their symptoms.

Women should do their research and listen to their inner wisdom as to what is best for their bodies.

There are options, and certainly there are steps you can take to be….and feel…..Your Best Every Day.

At post menopause at 50… do you still need progesterone along with Amata? I still have a uterus. I previously had problem with cysts and a small fibroid I hope will resolve with menopause.
