    Outstanding Product - it works!

    I have tried everything to lose weight (15 pounds) after menopause. All kinds of diets, intermittent fasting, cardio exercise, weight training, etc. Nothing worked! This product along with cutting back on carbs helped me lose 10 pounds and I have kept it off! Now working on the next 5 pounds! I highly recommend this product!

    Became Ineffective

    Within the first few days of taking, my hot flashes decreased significantly and after a week were almost gone (only a few light ones at night). I was actually getting sleep at night which was AMAZING! I thought I'd found the cure, it was night and day difference from what I'd been experiencing. However, after two months of taking twice daily, I started my period (1 year to the day after my last period). I couldn't believe it as I thought I was done! Then the hot flashes began to return and grow in intensity again. A few weeks after I stopped taking the Amata for about three weeks to see if my body would re-set, and then I started back on it again last week. As I write today, my hot flashes are back to the frequency and intensity (around the clock, and terrible at night) that they were prior to taking Amata. I am really saddened and at a loss for what to try next! HELP!

    Amazing.

    I had hot flashes for a few years - and it was driving me nuts. I started this product (the liquid) about 5 weeks ago and 2 weeks in, the flashes were GONE. Why couldn’t I have heard about this 4 years ago? I’m still amazed it actually worked because I tried other natural remedies that were ineffective. AND - my sleep had diminished to 3 hours a night. Now I’m sleeping about 6 hours straight (6.5 is my norm). I even slept 7 hours one night! Thank you for this fantastic product.
